Arnica – Soothing & Healing. Arnica is the panacea for all kinds of inflammation : a remedy for bruises, for soothing tired and aching muscles, and for reducing swelling caused by sprains and other injuries. Also, it is good for soothing mosquito bite symptoms.

Use after a warm bath. Rub in lovingly all over the body and on aching muscles, swollen joints, on sunburn or to relieve mosquito bite symptoms.
